OUR STORY
Soul Church was planted in January of 2017 in Raleigh, NC with a vision to see "every soul"
come to know Jesus. Over years, much has changed but the heart for following Jesus
and wanting people to know Him never has.
After spending a couple of years wrestling with God and praying about the future of Soul Church in post Covid, it was becoming clear that God was unfolding a new chapter in the life of our church with a new vision and a new community to call home. On October 23, 2022, we announced that we'd be
moving the church to Clayton NC in January of 2023 to better fulfill the vision God gave us which is to see every soul connected to God’s PRESENCE, growing in community alongside other PEOPLE and
fulfilling their PURPOSE by living like Him.

OUR PASTOR
Brad Barbour is the founder and lead pastor of Soul Church. He is a gifted teacher that has the uncanny ability to communicate timeless spiritual truths to an ever-changing culture with quite a bit of "off-the-cuff" humor mixed in for good measure. His passion and heart are for the local church and helping people discover what it really means to follow Jesus.
Brad and his wife Jill have been married for over fifteen years. They have two sons, Everett and Beckham, a daughter Willow and a dog named Indiana "Indy" Bones. They love family time, a warm day near water, and coffee...maybe too much.
